The Village of Merrill and its Planning Commission request lot # 17-12-1-26-0469-000 at 345 S Melze be re-zoned to R-2 from R-1 and lot # 17-12-1-26-0673-001 at 346 N Midland be re-zoned from R-1 to R-2 for the purpose of constructing an assisted living facility.
Anyone within 300 feet of one of these properties being considered for re-zoning has been mailed this notice.
Written and/or oral comments will also be received at the Merrill Village Office through the date of the hearing.
